The Studio

Interior Design Studio

Spaces that feellike they werealways yours.

We design homes, workplaces and hospitality interiors from the plan outward — beginning with how you live, then the light, then the material. The finish comes last, and comes easily once the rest is right.

How We Think

Four working principles

Four things everyproject starts from.

Personal

A house should look like the people in it and nobody else. The brief is built out of habits, not adjectives.

Balanced

Beauty and function are the same problem. A room that photographs well and lives badly has not been designed, only styled.

Timeless

Trends are borrowed confidence. What survives is proportion, daylight, and material that improves as it wears.

Detailed

Edges, junctions, switch heights, the way a drawer closes. None of it announces itself; all of it is felt.

A room should feel inevitable. Nothing added for effect, nothing missing that you would reach for.
